BREACH OF CONTRACT
A breach of contract occurs when one party who entered into a contract fails to do or perform the duties required under the agreement.

The small claims court has the jurisdiction for claims up to $35,000.00 as of January 1, 2020. This limit does not include costs, disbursements, or interest. The limit remains $35,000 regardless of the number of people being sued.ย We provide legal representation to parties whose claim falls within the jurisdiction of the small claims court.
